COVID-19 Temporary Office Closure

Dear Valued Patients

In an effort to support national efforts to fight the COVID-19 pandemic, our practice is taking the following steps to help assure your health and well-being and that of our community:

We are following directives from the federal public health officials (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) as a way to limit patient and staff exposure to this virus. Your health, and the health of our dedicated staff matters to us. Thus, going forward, we will suspend all non-emergency care until further notice. Patients will be seen only for urgent and emergency dental needs.

For patients who have an appointment from March 30 – May, please consider your appointment cancelled. We will contact you as soon as we are able to reschedule your appointment. Of course, contact us right away if you have a dental emergency or need immediate care.

The safety and well-being of our patient continues to be our primary concern. We will continue to monitor the status of COVID-19 nationally and within our community and keep you up-to-date regarding our plans to reopen for business as usual.

Due to California Governor, Gavin Newsom’s orders on March 19th for a statewide stay-at-home lockdown in response to COVID-19, we are unable to check messages at the office. If you have a dental emergency, you can call our office number and the messaging system will walk you through on how to reach Dr. Chen. If you do not have an urgent matter, please contact us via text at 916-847-8885 or wait to contact us at 916-780-2262 when we return to our normal business hours.

Again, we thank you for your understanding and for doing your part in staying at home during this crisis. Be well and be safe.

Dr. Chen and Dr Cao
